工作職能
- Determine and define project scope with budgetary, time and quality objectives - Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manages resources in an effective and efficient manner - Prepare actions plan based on scope of work and resource requirements - Develop and manages a detailed project schedule and work plan - Plan and monitor pre-construction activities - Identify project-specific risks throughout the delivery life cycle and recommends corrective actions as appropriate - Manage assigned internal and external resources within the scope of the project, provide a collaborative and performance driven environment - Track and monitors project progress and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders - Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress - Structure contracts with vendors and suppliers by specific tasks, expected deliverables and interfaces amongst packages - Follow policies and control guidelines in close collaboration with Commercial Team and Internal Audit Team on tendering, cost control and monitoring measure - Expedite both on-site and off-site progress activities in conjunction with all relevant stakeholders - Undertake project administration, including daily correspondence, drawing control, IT strategies, filing and secretariat within the project zone and context - Monitor and follow-up with Contractors / Consultant timely submission of quality deliverables under terms of contract - Recommend personal training needs and appraisal to sub-ordinates, any short-falls or issues should be notified to his superior - Collect materials on lessons learnt upon completion of each project with recommendation about what / how to do / avoid in subsequent projects - Proactive to meeting Employer’s requirements and cognizant of the need to liaise with the Employer’s team members - Capable to work and liaise with colleagues of our inter-departments and business partners, seeking supports as necessary - Perform other job related duties as assigned
職位要求
- Bachelor degree holder in a relevant subject - Corporate member of relevant professional institution - Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in project management role within developers or architectural practices with proven track record in project managing mid-large scale development projects from feasibility study, design & planning, to construction supervision and handover to operation - Computer literate and numerate - Excellent people management skills - Excellent communication skills - Capable to organize, lead, manage and train all staff to implement all work scopes required by the Group - Highly organized, detail orientated, self-motivated and customer focused
