- Estimate and control Project and construction development budget
- Conduct construction tender procurement management
- Conduct construction contract administration and management
- Conduct construction variations management 
- Conduct construction final account management
- Conduct construction payment assessment and management
- Conduct construction risk management
- Conduct construction claims assessment and management
- Conduct construction consultancy agreement management
- Conduct construction insurance policies administration and management
- Perform other job related duties as assigned

職位要求

- Bachelor degree holder in quantity surveying or related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 10 years working experience with 5 years managerial experience in Construction or Property Development related field
- Knowledge in Construction or Property Development background and information
- Proficient in oral and written English and Chinese 
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
